Second stay while under construction

This was our second stay at this location while it has been under construction. They are making progress but still will be better once this is completed. The staff was more than welcoming. Good value for what we paid for.

My room was comfortable an clean! No issues at all! I will be staying there again! I just hope the pool is ready an available to swim in because that’s the best part about staying in a hotel!

Avoid staying here at all cost. Rude staff, loud construction on 4th floor during the weekend, my room wasn’t clean. I will not stay at this hotel again. I traveled to fort benning for family members graduation AIT. Our stay at this hotel ruined our weekend experience.

I stay here frequently. Normally on the first floor. This time I was on the 3rd and the hot water was an issue. Now I know, at IHG hotels, I need to stay on the first floor. It happened at a Staybridge as well.

Ok so I woke uo like 15 mins after cjeck out time only bc the manager Knocked on my door instead of giving me a courtesy call and she told me I had to leave now so I left and then she tells me or I make another reservatio in the other day and she tells me that I'm not allowed there anymore I'm on the do not rent list like this was giving you a courtesy call you know and ask you if you're gonna stay another night or if you're checking out and you know I'm sorry ma'am but you know it's a little late so you should apply leave my name is you check out you know don't tell me I have to leave and then put me on the do not rent list like that's crazy Because I woke up late wow like I've spent so much money there in the last 3 weeks it's

I'm usually up in Columbus once a month and this property has been my "go-to" property.
The staff is efficient, hard-working and friendly.
I only wish we would get the big cups back, in the canteen
Dirty and broken

The lobby was clean upon arrival but after checking in and getting out of the elevator, the carpet was absolutely disgusting with heavy urine stains and vomit. When we got to the room, the light fixture next to the bed was broken without a lightbulb, broken light bulb over the desk, the center of the couch was broken, and the heating/ac cover in the living area was loose appearing as if it wasn’t functioning, and mold in the bathroom vent that didn’t work

My stay here was great. This was my second time around staying in the Candlewoods. It is so convenient and comfortable. At hotels I usually feel nasty but at the Candlewoods I feel like I can be at home. I love how it has a little kitchen of its own. I will definitely stay here again if I can.
