The front desk manager could use some people skills. Numerous guests had to wait a while for their rooms to be ready. Room was decent for the price.

When I arrived, I was greeted pleasantly by the ladies at the front desk they honored my request for the room that I wanted. The room was very clean. It was quiet. It was dark in the morning hours, so I could sleep later and it was very comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel!

Had a week long stay at one of the Suites. If you visit the Enterprise area the location is very central along the main road. The room was clean and the amenities available in the room were great. I did have to wait a long time on staff to arrive when checking in since no one was at the desk and they were all having casual conversations in a back room(~15 minutes)

$100 pet fee. Exorbitant pet fee added at check-out, and without warning. No other IHG, or even Candlewood, has charged me that much. The max has been $75, and that has been rare. The usual has been $0-$35. Additionally, the lobby reeked of air freshener. Horrible for anyone with respiratory issues, including myself with asthma. I used the online check-in, but the room was not ready. The extra minutes waiting in the stinking lobby turned my stomach and caused my throat to swell. The room’s coffeemaker was full of water, which I learned while filling it. One coffee cup had coffee on the handle. The GFCI outlet was unserviceable. I would definitely not stay in that Candlewood again. And, I will be filing a complaint and requesting refund of the outrageous pet fee. My 16 pound, 15 year old Parson Russell does not bark or potty inside. Why am I paying a “Pet Fee”? She is cleaner and quieter than anyone’s children. Enough.
