I had a great extended stay at the location in Franklin, Tn. The staff was great with anything we needed. We had to stay 10 days in the hotel for ball but the teams could socialize in the common area.

I would not recommend this venue, no breakfast, poor logistics in and out of the hotel where it's located. Not clean, smelled not only in the room but in the main lobby. Couches were dirty, floor carpets were stained everywhere. Multiple issues in rooms with shoddy appliances and towel racks coming off the walls, tub backed up, cigarette smoke smell coming from the A/C unit when turned on.

Greasing was great and room was ready. Awful smell in room and never went away. We bought air freshener to block it. Access out of hotel would be nice to have back access. Inconvenience of only having one way to leave hotel and one direction. Room was user friendly and had everything we needed. Be nice to have garbage cleaned out of room more often ( especially since it’s a kitchenette ). Hot tub would be nice to relax in. Continental breakfast would be nice to make mornings easier. Loved that we had access to laundry resources.

Stopped on our way to visit family. Excellent value, clean rooms, friendly staff. Will stay again!
We had our little dog with us and they even have a pet area if needed.
