This was an excellent stay and the value was very good. The staff is what made the difference for me, especially, Jenna. She was very helpful in arranging a few special needs that I had.

The whole experience from check in to check out was nothing short of excellent. I traveled with my 70 lb dog and had no issues with anything (dog walking area was kept clean and always had bags available). The room was clean and stocked (I had a suite). All hotel employees were friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond in any request. My only complaint (which is what I had read prior from other reviews) was the location of the entrance/exit. It was not the most convenient to get in and out, and if you had a low car you would bottom out.

From the time I arrived everyone was super fast and friendly. I was planning a surprise for my boyfriend for his birthday and everyone answered my questions about policy and our stay. We both enjoyed the convince and cleanliness of our room

We had booked, we thought the new hotel in the Franklin area. The paper work I had didn't have the confirmation number or address on it.
We stopped at this hotel and person couldn't find our reservation, nut the were the new hotel and could take care of us. He was helpful in offering go help my husband with the luggage we need.
When we got to our room I new immediately it was not the new hotel.
