Very nice room

The room was newly renovated. Everything looked great. Loved the floor color and the newly renovated bathroom was bright and inviting. Loved that we had the option to cook and dishes were available. We will definitely rent again.

By far the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. Room was very clean and staff was super friendly and helpful.
Smelly room in poor condition

The room had a very bad odor as soon as you opened the door. The carpet was torn in multiple places and the bathroom was in disrepair. There were stains on the countertop in the kitchen area. The hallway leading to our room on the ground floor had squishy wet carpet due to a recent flood no doubt. The room is in our wing should never have been rented.

We needed a room for the weekend, everything was booked due to college football game. Found Cottonwood with a suite available & was very pleased with the accommodations.

The staff here were fantastic. Easy check in. This hotel is definitely used for construction workers and long term stays. Room was adequate for our needs.

First room given had not been cleaned, mattress was loud and uncomfortable, and shower faucet dripped all night long.

Shower floor cracked. I did not use since water will envenyually destroy sun floor

The room was not clean, though the bathroom was. The phone was filthy, the carpets needed to be replaced, the boxspring cover was torn, construction was on site, the room was crammed with furniture that was too big for the space and the price was too high for what we got.

The hotel was under renovation. I think it will be fabulous once completed. The staff was friendly, the available services were great.

Our room needed updated however, it did look as though they are working on rooms. I’d like to return when that happens. Cleaning was missed in some areas of our room which was an efficiency.
