Bathroom had long dark hair all over it with a dripping sound coming from the vent.

The front desk staff is amazing.
It was affordable. However there was long dark hair all over my bathroom including the shower walls which none of us have long dark hair.
There was a constant dripping echo coming from the bathroom vent
People upstairs were very noisy
Doors are very heavy so they slam a lot.

We had a king room which was clean and spacious. There was plenty of hot water. There was a recliner in the room. Due to recent knee surgery I asked for a shower chair and toilet riser for our bathroom--no problem! We liked the full size refrigerator too.

Bed was great, work area was a nice touch, kitchen was handy. Bathroom was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful.

The suites are a good size with a well supplied kitchen. Restaurants and stores are nearby. We stayed after visiting Watkins Glen. Air Conditioner was set up so it did not blow uncomfortable cold air on one when sleeping.
Great place for clean and comfortable rooms!

My stay was for a 3 day seminar at the County Fairgrounds. The days were long and when I came back to rest a bit before dinner, I was greeted by Lois and the desk clerk, which made me smile.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the staff that was very polite and made me feel at home. I loved the kitchenette in my room and was impressed by all the basic necessities like cook ware, plates and cups, and a large fridge. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was stocked with Dove products. I felt very much at home which is the reason I choose Candlewood time and time again!

The room was relatively clean, although they do not clean it daily. The glasses were not very clean in the kitchen and the bathroom. I would much rather prefer disposable paper cups and a disposable soap and shampoo, as opposed to refillable bottles that they provided. When we took a shower, it felt slimy in the tub, like we could not get our footing. There was lots of noise until really late from the hotel desk door and the TV in the lobby. They did have a really good choice in their food pantry. Overall the hotel needs updating. A room that had two queen size beds only had one comfortable chair and the two chairs that were at the work/dining table had nasty stains all over them. Gross.

I did not have the best experience at this hotel the area is crummy and there is hardy anyone working at the hotel. I really feel like it was a pretty desolate area with little to do, and people who have given up on life!

Great staff,bed, shower, clean rooms, close to restaurants.fetured a kitchenette in the room with full fridges and freezer with ice maker.i would definitely stay here again.
