Comfortable bed and excellent staff

So the hotel isn't shabby at all, but the staff are what make it a great long-term stay. Staff are the MOST important part to a great hotel stay and they win in this category. I do wish the Candlewood Cupboard sundries were a little cheaper but they have to make a profit, so there's that.

Pleasant stay and would stay here again and recommend my family and friends to stay . Quiet and clean place with lots of restaurants near by to choose from . Great location.

We were promptly greeted when we walked in. The hotel smelled nice. The room smelled good when we walked in. The ac was working and the room was cold. The bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean. The area was nice.

Room was great, very comfortable, plenty of space that allowed me to work when not in the field. The best was all the staff members! The manager was very accommodating with my need for periodic zero amount room receipts. The cleaning staff was amazing! When I told them my commode was running (due to a bad flapper valve), the maintenance person was there replacing it within 10 minutes! Everyone was nice and asked if there was anything I needed. Super!!

Large suites and friendly staff. I have stayed here several times, and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Houma. Great location, near plenty of restaurants.

Although the room was in good condition, there are several items that would make a stay more desireable. 1. There are no USB ports in the room. 2. There bath room does not have a nightlight making it necessary to switch on the main overhead light. 3. A end table for use in the recliner area would have been a good addition. 4. The hallway smelled of a sewer oder however, the smell was not noticable in room.

We reserved a King Suite but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that there was only Queen available and after I said I booked a King Suite online, was told that the internet lies about what is available. Really felt like we were being deceived never offered to lower the rate, still had to pay the same price as a King Suite was told all rooms are the same rate. Very Very Upsetting and not a very good nights sleep for my husband who had to get up and fly out to work very early the next morning after us driving 6 hours the night before to get down there. We will never stay here again!
Plus the towels were very thin and had an oily smell to them like they wash and dry them with kitchen towels, did not smell fresh at all.

Comfortable bed, clean room and polite staff. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Nice to not be directly on the main road but still close to plenty of dining options. Preferred location to stay anytime I'm in town.

The staff was phenomenal.
I had inadvertently booked the wrong day, and when I called to try and fix my mistake, the staff went above and beyond to help me get s room.
