We have stayed at the hotel before and already know what to expect, friendly staff and a clean room. The bed was a little hard, but the pillow were amazing... like sleeping on little clouds. We will stay there again, I'm sure.

My trip to Houston was for unpleasant legal purposes and the staff at Candlewood Suites made it a lot more bearable. My very first encounter, at check-in, was with a wonderfully warm woman named Marie. She went far above her job description to ensure that my room was comfortable and accommodating. The room was large and the bed was so inviting. I got a great night's sleep the the entirety of my trip.
I also had several interactions with another front desk woman, I believe her name is Yvonne/Yvette. She is a bit older the Marie but she was also very helpful during my stay at the hotel.
The ladies were able to help me navigate my way around the city to restaurants, shopping centers, etc.

arrived and checked in smooth and easy and my stay at the hotel followed that pattern. it's a quiet place with all required to work and rest. its location near the port also contributed to choose the hotel for the stay. speaking about location positioned next to highway but still far enough to provide quiet and calm atmosphere for rest or work.

Marie was the best receptionist ever. She was so caring for any needs I had with my two young kids. Yvette always had a good morning attitude! These ladies made my stay so comfortable. Thank you for all your help!

Great staff very friendly and helpful, they were very attentive I love the location and the installations were very well kept. I love the variety they have for snack that you can purchase and the extra stuff you can borrow if you need it.

Me and my 2 girls drove from Houma LA for them ti attend a concert in Houston. We stayed 2 nights on 2 separate reservations. The first day of checkin was great, I am an employee of IHG hotel In Houma and the agent Marie really made us feel welcomed!! Thanks Marie!!
The second morning when I went to desk to check into second reservation the agent seemed aggravated cause it seemed like I disturbed her putting on her makeup. She didn’t even speak a word to me. Nothing. Didn’t say anything about my rewards night or recognize me as a member. But our room was awesome. Plenty of space for my girls to get ready for concert and the room was overall comfy!! We loved it!!!

Most hotels have uncomfortable beds and pillows, but we were very well rested! The room was very clean and cozy!
