Full kitchen comfy bed

Awesome stay was able to transfer reservation into my name and get my points applied for a free night ! It was weird our bathroom didn’t have a garbage can and the room needed a good vaccum and sweeping but overall good experience

We needed a comfortable place in a specific area with IHG brand and we found this Candlewood to be a great choice. It was comfortable, quiet and in a nice neighborhood.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well stocked. Floor was quiet and the hotel pantry was well stocked. If I could suggest anything, please have more toiletries available for purchase in the pantry.

The sofa bed was not super comfortable but that’s kind of to be expected. The room smelled very bad of old / stale cigarette smoke, it blasted us as soon as the door opened. The bathroom was huge and clean and it was great to have a full kitchen.

Nice spot not to far from downtown. Genial staff. Parking lot is tiny so get there early or you’ll be SOL, Pillows are a little too soft for my taste but the rooms have all you should need and they are kept relatively clean. If you are person like me who like to hermit off in your stay I did put out the DONT come in placard and someone came in the room but decent room for the money. Better than and Air BNB for sure.

This is my new favorite hotel in the Olympia/Lacey, WA area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the guest laundry is great, the snack vending area has a terrific selection, the lending closet is (they have a lending closet!!) thoughtful and well organized. There is one elevator, and while that alone is great, there is still only one for four floors of guests. Overall, a terrific property that I will be recommending to everyone.

Overall, this was a good experience. However, I would’ve liked to have continental breakfast on select mornings, and the smell that emanates when you first walk into the hotel is pretty bad. Something needs to be done about the smell. I don’t know if it’s in the carpet but it does the deter guest.

Always enjoy our stay. We love the location and the staff is amazing. Housekeeping is very friendly and accommodating. It would be nice to have additional coffee pods and creamer in the room. However housekeeping and staff are always accommodating.

The Lacey, WA property is nicely located and in a safe area near the local private college. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciate the ability to bring our dog. The only negative was a desk clerk not following through with a note on the reservation when I called to let them know my husband would be checking in on my rewards reservation. It got sorted out, but it created unnecessary drama after a 7-hour drive.
Not worth the price

Staff was nice but for the price was not worth it. Beds small and hard, room was not that clean and missing the care the detailed things like pictures in the empty frames. Supposed to be a family room but was a tiny room with tiny hard beds.
