Poor service and not so good place to stay

We arrived on Sunday, and stayed for 5 days. The toilet was broken and they fixed it on Wednesday, 3 days after. I had to asked them every day to fix it but they didn’t, not sure why. If you are on vacation and do not want to hassle with stupid things like this,I would not recommend this stay to anyone.

Over all are good experiences, room good and parking place were available, desk front should recognize IHG MEMBER, adding breakfast option is a good idea.

The hotel is in a perfect location within 20 minutes of all popular locations in Orlando. The staff was very upbeat and attentive. The rooms were clean and the cooktop was a plus for days you don’t want to eat out! If you’re planning a Disney trip or any trip you should consider this hotel!
