Staff and Room Cleanliness

This was the filthiest IHG hotel we have EVER stayed at. The halls and elevators were never cleaned the 4 nights we stayed. The only thing clean in our room was the sheets. We had to use the hotel wash rags and soap to SCRUB down the counters, tables and hard surface floors. Even upon request, our room was never cleaned our entire stay. Had to go down to the front desk to get clean towels, as they only had 1 staff person on duty after 5pm and they said they couldn't leave the desk. We do not recommend this hotel.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Easy access right off the freeway, clean, contemporary and comfortable. It was a great value, and I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly Staff, acknowledged as an IHG Member, knowledgeable, and very clean room, fully kitchen, pristine bathroom and amenities such as the soap, shampoo, and body wash. Close to restaurants, shopping, and Yaamava Casino. Close and convenient!!

I usually stay at the hotel next door but they were full so I booked Candlewood Suites. I enjoyed the quiet location and since the hotel is new everything was clean. I enjoyed having a kitchenette with the larger refrigerator and countertop. I will definitely book this hotel again.
Looking for a home

Staying here while looking for a new place to live it's expensive but they work with you. Location is great close to stores and shopping centers and the doctors. Very peaceful area.
Not handicap accessible

Review before you stay. Handicap accessible isn't a priority for this hotel. It surely wasn't built with friendly thoughts of those who may need the services.
Management poor no customer service workers and regular staff were great.

Management showed no concerns for my complaint of the night manager who checked me in with an attitude late at night and when I reminded her with a friendly “don’t worry about greeting me as a platinum elite member” she responded with “we don’t do that here your no more special then our other guest”. She continued to have attitude throughout my 5 day stay and when I complained to the higher day manager he told me I was welcome to stay elsewhere.

In the area for my daughters wedding so we had 3 rooms. Everyone had good things to say about the room, bed, and bathroom.

I really enjoy using ihg for ease of use. There is always very clean rooms and friendly staff. I did not check ahead of time but they need to Make breakfast available. This is my first time using ihg where it was not.
Accosted twice in parking lot by strangers/homueless/addicts

Was accosted upon check-in by gentleman who I think ended up vandalizing my car...leaving after check-out, accosted by different man who pounded on my car 3x as I was trying to pull away without hitting him.
