My overall experience was a 10 out of 10. I loved the bed, it was very comfortable.I liked how quiet it was. The room was kept very nice and clean. I have stayed in several motels during my life time and I am sure that this motel was the best ever.

Very nice place to stay for a short and /or an extended period of time. This facility have all the things needed for a comfortable stay ( amenities)- laundry service. This place is also close to restaurants and other sights/points of interest, and markets.
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Appreciate the help of Javi when we called to confirm our reservation. Staff are also available when needed to answer questions that we may have. Also appreciate the assistance I received when checking in, and had the ability to change to another room for better lighting and view. Staff did not mind showing the room and wanted to ensure that we are happy with the room we have chosen.

Great location in Manhattan, very friendly staff and the room was clean and cozy! I stay here at least once a year and I’m never disappointed!

I enjoyed my stay at Candlewood suites. The room was very spacious. Comfortable bed. And excellent water pressure in the shower.

Cleanliness was fine but if I reserve a king bed I don’t want to end up in a double mattress room. Also, like most other IHG hotels, they’ve switched to Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner and it stinks, like an extreme amount of perfume.

Clean room, kitchenette was nicely stocked with dishes, bed and pillows were comfortable.

If you're in manhattan for an extended stay they have great competitive pricing for multiple night stays. Also I really liked having a full size fridge and freezer to make keeping groceries and drinks cold. The rooms even have a stove top and microwave with basic cookware to make cooking meals easy.

Loved the room, bed was comfortable. Location was great. Food options in the main lobby was great. Enjoyed the coffee all day. Laundry room was clean and free to use. Over great stay and I will stay there again!

Only thing wrong was a clogged shower drain. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I was in town for work and started my stay at another hotel and switched to this one and immediately wished I had stayed at Candlewood the whole time. Perfect hotel.
