great location

I was in town to run the DAV 5K downtown. Hotel was in a great location easy on of the highway and short drive downtown. Many great restaurants close. Won at Hard rock Casino !!!

The hotel room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Only downside was the layout of the bathroom was not good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size, great for an extended stay. Very clean and very comfortable. Kids loved the pool! Was a bit loud in the morning but overall we had a great stay there.
I enjoyed my stay at Candlewood.

Even though we had a few hiccups with our room the staff was great and on top of it and corrected it swiftly. It was a nice room and the remodel is looking great!

Even under construction this staff rocked my stay so friendly, always calling me by my first name.
I even purchased them, a Ice cream cake and chocolates before I left, that's how impressed I was.
I travel about 200 nights a year.
I would name some but do not want to leave anyone out.

They did not have clean rooms, I need it to wait until the four room was clean and ready to use, I saw a small cockroach in the lobby and a wired insect on the bathroom, beside that the room was cozy and the staff very kind and attentive.

We liked the kitchenette to use for storage and leftovers warm-ups. The air conditioning unit was a bit too noisy, but the room and bed were comfortable. Overall, a very nice stay.

Candlewood Suites was awesome and the first time I have stayed with them. Awesome customer service, extremely clean and comfortable. It was professionalism at its finest during check in and out. Room was comfortable and very well supplied.
Location undergoing renovation

The hotel was being renovated during our stay which came as a surprise. There were some minor things in the room that needed attention but overall our stay was fine. The staff were great -- very friendly and helpful. They did their best, under the circumstances, to make us comfortable.
