When we entered the hotel there was no one at the front desk. After waiting a few moments, a man arbitrarily walks down the hall and says Yes? No greeting. I felt like an intruder more than a guest. I was informed that there were washers and dryers available for use. 4 washing machines but only 1 working dryer for the whole complex. They were waiting on parts.
As soon as we rounded the corner to the elevator the smell of marijuana was overwhelming and sickening.
The icemaker in 402 was broken. We notified the front desk and were told someone would come the next day. That didn't happen in the 4 days that we were there.
I went to the front desk to see if a hair dryer was available for check out. She informed me there should be one in our room. I informed her that there wasn't one. She found one in a drawer. Upon returning to our room, and trying several outlets, that hair dryer didn't work. Our son went to exchange it and was told they didn't have any others.
In the shower, the plumbing fixture was loose from the wall, no body wash or soap made available.
The kitchen cabinets were nasty inside and there was no dishwashing soap until the day that we checked out.
On our last night there, we were awakened at 3:30 am to a woman crying and screaming, banging that sounded like a body being slammed against the wall repeatedly, 30+ minutes of this woman begging someone to stop. It was a horrible way to be awoken.
The best part of our stay was checking out. There was a nice lady, some type of manager, that seemed to actually care about the fact that our stay was less than pleasing and said that she would make things right. I hope that she will but I am thankful that she actually seemed to care.

We stayed here while some house work was being completed. The entire stay was great and the staff was so kind and helpful. The free laundry was a wonderful perk as we had plenty of clothes that needed to be washed during our stay. The kitchen area was beneficial as well as many hotels don't have those anymore, especially with decent microwaves
An inexpensive room in a clean facility

This hotel provided an inexpensive place to stay during our recent car trip through the Memphis area. The facility was clean. However, the pet fee was a bit excessive ($50). The staff was responsive and helpful, but the check-in process took MUCH longer than it should have, due to the employee's "chatting" with another guest.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. It's affordable and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice little gym set up, I'm in the gym alot so just to have a access to a gym while staying at the hotel was nice. The hotel is very clean.
