Great service with kind staff members willing to help out every customer needs. Rooms are spacious and lots of cleanliness furniture and rugs. Far as the area is pretty busy, but they’re lot of business and decent restaurants to attend to.
Poor communication of construction

This hotel was in the middle of upgrading their lobby which held the breakfast bar, etc. Active construction was not communicated proactively which led to my my Wife having a poor quality of sleep from inhaling fumes or particles from the construction as her lungs are more sensitive to any changes in the air quality. The deal breaker was waking up after poor sleep to no coffee. There are worse things worldwide, but having no coffee… well, noone wants to deal with that. There wasn’t as much as a voucher offer made for a $3-$5 cup of coffee, meanwhile we paid real cash for a poor experience. I hope it gets better soon. We stay with this brand if we’re stopping for a quick overnight stay and I know they're capable of a better experience.
