Definitely needs an update. Lots of dirty spots thoughout the room. Marijuana odor on the second floor. No breakfast offered. Kitchenware dirty. Roach infestation.
The staff was great but the rest of the experience was below average from my previous IHG stays.

I enjoyed my staff interactions, but the room was subpar at best. the air conditioner in the room did not work as it should. The ice machine in the refrigerator did not work there were leftovers in the refrigerator and a large cockroach on the floor. The area did not seem to be the best area of Charlston.
