Comfortable bed and wonderful cupboard stock

I love candlewood. It is my favorite hotel due to the comfort level. I wish staff was more friendly and understanding about customer needs and longer stays.
Unfriendly staff and rough characters hanging in the halls and rooms. The parking lot was also a scary situation. Carry a weapon or mace at all times.

Someone approached me and tried to sell me drugs in the parking lot. The front desk guy was a complete jersey and the staff were holding rooms for their friends. There were several doors ajar that looked to have people in them who probably were not even supposed to be there. The staff sells master keys to people and compromise the security of the hotel in doing so.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. the room was clean, all needed accessories were there, and room was spacious. I did run into two issues, the check in was lined up waiting for the associate to check everyone in when I arrived and the bathroom had mold on the roof.

This hotel needs to fumigated and deep cleaned, it was disguting. Ice machine did not work, AC barely worked. Beds pillows were not comfortable
A better stay if there is a loading zone at front

Everything was great, spacious and clean room. The only thing I would recommend is that if there is a loading zone for arrival will be great.

Every convivence you needed away from home. Wish there would have been a public Ice Machine because the one in the freezer took for ever to make ice. Other than that, everything was great. Loved the free coffee in the "Candlewood Cupboard"!

quiet hotel. standard extended stay. Nothing special other than it is in a secluded spot way off the main roads. Not much else to say except I would stay there again if I am in the area. Candlewood Suites are my favorite hotels within the IHG group

my stay and candlewood suites was great! they had someone at the front desk at all times and that really helped when i had to check in and out at 5 am

The staff was very friendly in all of our interactions. The room was nice and clean and more roomy than I anticipated. The blackout curtains were much needed as we were on the main floor facing the parking lot.

I am a Platinum elite member , and have never been so disappointed in a stay like this past stay , the tub had dead insets in it ( I have pictures) there were dirty wash clothes hanging on the shower rail . hair and tissue in the toilet.
