Check in was smooth and painless. Room was clean. I stayed for a week. Only had a noisy guest once. Full kitchen in the room was a plus. Would recommend.
Under construction but still nice

We booked a room to stay after attending a nearby wedding. We picked this hotel because the price was much less than others in the area. I'm not sure why it was less because it was very nice, but maybe because they were doing construction on the building. We were there Saturday to Sunday and didn't experience any construction noise during our stay. We were only there for one night so didn't need to use most of the amenities but I was glad to know they were there. The room was clean, plenty of towels. Loved the products in the shower, smelled fresh without being too perfumey.

I have stayed here for 4 months. 3 nights a week always friendly and helpful. Free laundry and work out room. Free water and kitchen amenities to use. I like the kitchens and full size refrigerator. The one downside is parking

Hotel staff is very nice and concerned about their customers needs. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and should have 10 stars not just 5.

The hotel manager I checked in was extremely helpful and incredibly nice. HE helped me get through checking in for the first time, he also got me signed up for IHG rewards which was also wonderful. The following week I also checked in that Monday and he allowed me to be able to check in early which helped me tremendously because I was sick at the time. Thank you

The staff was very accommodating and friendly to me. The gave me suggestions on restaurants and allowed me a slightly early check in so that I could make my meeting.

Had a great stay here in Peoria. Watched my kid play softball at Louisville slugger dome. Good places to eat nearby and hotel a hop skip and jump away. Thanks

I was looking for a nice hotel within the IHG group for a good price and found Candlewood. It’s at Grand Prairie, and there are some restaurants I enjoy going to out three. My only issue with my stay was that I could hear the people in the next room through the wall. That is just a minor issue though. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and staff was friendly. I will stay here again.

The staff are wonderful and friendly. They did a great job and I don't want my negative experience to reflect negatively on them because it in not their fault. It is the fault of owners and management for letting their beds and mattresses fall into such a state of disrepair. They all should have been replaced at least five years ago. The staff are great but don't stay here until after they renovate because you will leave with back pain.
