Comfortable bad

The staff was friendly and helpful. While I was settling in, the lady at the front desk rang my room to check on me and see if everything was to my liking. That is how it's done.

Nice, safe & comfortable property with very friendly front desk attendants. Just bring your own Febreeze. Our room was supposedly a non-smoking room & it stunk horribly of cigarette smoke. We were only offered a perfume to spray the room with, never a change of rooms. When you're highly allergic to cigarette smoke (& all artificial scents) it's really not the best option.

This Candlewood location severely disappointed. The shower in both rooms was not working - no pressure and in one room the faucet wouldn’t turn off. I switched rooms three times due to excessive cigarette smoke smell and lack of functioning shower. The last room had a super loud refrigerator that kept waking us up.
Usually I have a very nice experience with this chain, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Even the toiletries (toothpaste/deodorant) were sold out and the staff could care less.
