Like the large room and large bathroom quite and easy to find comfortable beds very nice staff don’t like pets in rooms plus was a dog area that the dog’s waist was not picked up by parking area on turf carpet

Very friendly staff. Made educated referrals to breakfast places nearby. Assisted me with getting the points for rhe stay on the app.
Rooms were very comfortable and the hotel very clean and quiet.
I would suggest requesting a room that is on the opposite side of the train tracks.
Very accommodating- I needed a later checkout- and there wasn’t even a moment of hesitation!

Good experience. There is plenty of room for work and sleep. I especially like the recliner. Good location in downtown Terre Haute with a few restaurants close by. I stay 4 night a month and have done so for about a year.

The staff was extremely friendly. The billing issues for an extended made the stay very irritating. Multiple trips to the front desk to get it fixed to no avail. Extremely friendly, just so few trained on how to fix issues.

My stay would of been better if my room was clean and the fact that I told the front desk clerk but obviously he either ignored the problem or he just didn't care because no one ever came to inspect the issue and it was never taken care of

The room was very clean. Lots of amenities. Full fridge, dishes and utensils, stove top, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Bed and bedding was high quality and comfortable. Nice and clean bathrooms with everything you need for comfort. Very much recommend.

Staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and they really went out their way to be friendly to us and our children. They tried to put us on 3rd floor but after asking they changed it immediately.
