Uncomfortable Bed

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room just to me wasn’t cleaned the best and the mattress was hard a EVER. Tossed and Turned all night. This experience has is the reason I haven’t been staying with IHG. I’ve had to start using other competitors

The hotel has no managemet at all. Rooms are outdated, had a problem with the room, the room had cockroaches and spiders. My 17 month old baby woke up with spider bites on her foot (have picture) and took her to the hospital because we didnt know what it was till the doctor told us it was a spider bite. And i told the front dest about it and nothing was done about it. I had to spend so much money on the hospital and the hotel didnt care at all. In the 23 days we were there never was able to get a hold of the manager. Front dest staff would always say he took the day off or some other excuse.

Do not stay here. There are three other IHG hotels within 5 miles of this hotel that are much better and they don’t harass people who live within 25 miles of the hotel. Thank you

The room was great for the stay we had and welcomed us with our pet. Had no issues what so ever and the staff was very nice.

Our stay was nice but could have been perfect if our rooms weren't roach infested. Asked for a room clean, which they promptly provided, but they didn't bother to clean up the dead roaches in the room.
A friendly staff, lots of room, and a quiet floor. We always enjoy the Texarkana Candlewood.

We're always happy to have an opportunity to stay at the Texarkana Candlewood hotel. The staff remembers us from past visits and it's like visiting old friends. Even out dog is welcomed and they remember her from other times we've been there.
The suite is roomy with a full kitchen and full sized fridge. There's a coffee pot and microwave. The ice machine must be manually turned on. There is no other source of ice in the hotel. We always forget to buy ice on the way, this has been the only sticking point although minor.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the Texarkana area.

Great place to stay.very quiet and staff was very professional. Room service was very good and never had any problems with valuables left out. Convenient to restaurant and shopping. Felt safe.

The room was clean and TV was on playing a news channel when we stepped in. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was over the top friendly and kind. Our bathroom smelled clean with a present lemon scent.

Our room was not as well maintained as other Candlewood Hotels. It also smelled like India Indian food and looked like someone had just left there. We also never obtained a receipt for our stay as requested.
