The bedding was very nice compared to other branded hotels we have stayed at.

Faairly easy to get to this hotel. We came from Stockbridge MA and were heading to Brimfield MA the next day. Check in was easy and there are restaurants in walkable distance or very short drive from this location. The desk staff was very helpful during check in. Did not have a breakfast but had alternatives. For something lite you could purchase items out of their little store area and they have voucher type system with the IHOP just two buildings north of the hotel.

My wife and I are 30 flying hours from home in Malaysia to send our daughter to UMass at Amherst.

The single bedroom suite was a comfortable “home” to come home to after spending the days at the UMass campus to settle our daughter.
