    Booked a room over the phone with reservations and requested 2 beds since there was 3 of us traveling. Reservations never once told me that a room with 2 beds was not possible at this hotel. After arriving at the hotel and checking in, I again told the front desk there were 3 of us statying in this room. They checked me in, gave me my key and when I got to my room there was only 1 bed. I went back to the front desk to tell them 1 bed wouldnt work since there were 3 of us and they infomed me that the entire hotel was only made up of rooms with one queen bed in them. Ive NEVER heard of a hotel that doesn't offer 2 beds or tell you before hand that this was the case. Needless to say, I was exhausted at this point and it was to late to switch hotels so I ended up sleeping on a broken cot that barley fit on the floorspace in my room. The hotel was clean but there is limited space and it is not condusive for a family (unless your family consists of 2 people or less). The bathrooms were clean but didn't have any counter space by the sink to put makeup or curling irons on while getting ready. You will have to set your stuff on the toilet. There are no mirrors above the desk in the bedroom so you will not be able to get ready in there either. We were all trying to get ready and there is no space to do so... Very disappointed in my stay!

    Very Friendly Front-Desk Associates/Comfortable room

    The gal at the front desk moved us to be closer to our family, before the actual check-in time. She was very friendly and helpful! The room was very comfortable and spacious, bed was comfy, everything was clean. The toilet had a noise and they came up right away and fixed it.

    Beautiful suite, friendly service

    Pantry/laundry/exercise room was sauna hot. Front desk said maintenance said the AC was working fine, that it was just because the dryers had been running most of the day. It never got any cooler in there. Otherwise, there were no real issues. The suites are beautiful and very comfortable. I wish there was a pool. It is great to be able to bring our pets.
