As airline crew we are not always treated well at hotels. Not the case with this hotel, from the moment we walked in until we left, we were treated like we were important. Kudos for hiring such an amazing staff!

Upon check-in front desk was very nice. We were asked if we were IHG participants and gave our numbers.
They did not offer a breakfast so they gave us a little goodie bag in place of it.
They were very knowledgeable answering all our questions!!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly and the shuttle driver was great. Raphael took me downtown and was very professional. Thanks to everyone there for a great and comfortable stay

Great hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I am currently staying at the hotel on business and everyone at the hotel ensures my needs are being met.

Amazing staff and always greeted me and helped me in any way I needed it. Never a moment that they where ever rude or tried rushing me. I’m going to miss the staff. They wished me luck in my career and said they’d miss having me there.

This hotel was comfortable as usual, but the staff is really what made it. They were helpful with every question and very friendly.

Great Staff - Professional, Efficient and Pleasant. Convenient shuttle for locations within 5 mile radius of hotel.
First room terrible because of location to front desk and NOISE issues, Loss of power 3 separate occasions.
Had room change and the Desk chair was badly damaged which seems to be indication that management does not make an effort to replace (and it was reported included picture).
No breakfast provided (but fully stocked pantry items for sale). Offered dinner twice a week (Mon./Thurs.) however somewhat limited.

Simply put the staff is great. The rooms are clean. The amenities are subpar. You have to go next door for pool and hot tub, There is no breakfast like all the other Hotels, The Kitchen appliances are cheap and the washing machine keeps breaking down. For a short stay it is wonderful if you have money to spend to eat out every meal. The price you pay is not worth it compared to others. If all you need is a place to sleep highly recommend Staff is the best I have had in a long time which is why rating is still high. The staff really does make the difference.

The staffs were very professional and the room service was outstanding. I also love the washing amenities provided by the hotel for free which makes my stay very comfortable and stress free. Also the 2 days dinner is fantastic.
