I had a wonderful stay with a couple of friends for a short weekend "staycation." With everything going on in the world, we just felt like we needed an escape, but didn't want to travel as a precaution. The staff was wonderful, anytime we needed anything, they were very prompt in getting it for us and were very accommodating. The price was great, especially considering that we stayed in a 2 queen bed suite with a separate room that had a pull-out couch. I would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the West Chester area!

Great stay.
Only issue I had was with a younger male breakfast waiter. Needs training on how to take care of a guest. Had to ask for everything from creamer with coffee to salt and pepper.
Doesn’t pay attention to guest.
While there for a week. I also had two other servers who were very good. A lady and another gentleman do a nice job at breakfast. I also had dinner at the bar and the bartender was very good.

Hotel was very clean. The room was spacious, my kids even took down the room number so we can request when we travel back. Awesome breakfast and restaurant.

This place was awesome!! Clean, relaxing and even a bar downstairs!! I highly recommend staying here for rest and relaxation!!

We were in town for an archery tournament for our son. The suite was a good choice as we could relax comfortably during our down time. Shopping, attractions and restaurants nearby provided plenty to do if we wanted to explore. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This was our third stay at this location. The whole complex makes the stay so nice. Check-in, rooms, top notch restaurant makes it a stopover for us when in the area. The thing that truly makes this complex a must stay for us is that the entire staff is so friendly and responsive. From the moment you walk in for room check in to using the exercise room, pool or restaurant the staff is attentive. Housekeeping does a very good job of cleaning the rooms so it’s a great feeling of safety. After a smooth check-in, some exercise, dinner and drinks off the lobby and back to a very clean room. Makes for a pleasant day in these tough times. Highly recommend this Hotel and restaurant.

Had a great experience her. Love that the restaurant is down stairs and they will deliver to your room. Staff was very friendly and professional.
