Ideal für einen unkomplizierten Geschäftsaufenthalt oder einen privaten Berlinbesuch. Leider war die Tiefgarage defekt und die Prakplatzsuche gestaltet sich nicht so einfach. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by my 2 cents Let me start with the good Good location for public transportation and if you have a room like me to the back a very quiet room So let me start to rant … First internet is working but at a speed that is not really a pleasure , you can check emails but don't expect to do Skype or Netflix...... My biggest problem was the air conditioner that was not working at all. First night no other room available. No cooling at all. Moving to an other hotel at 11 pm not really an option. Was told to move room, was just a local problem in my first room. So I moved. Again no cooling. No sleep. First they knew that they have a problem with a/c but I guess not informing the customer is helping to get revenue to the hotel. Hotel had problems with the a/c the last weeks so this was a known problem, just the hotel did not care. Revenue is just more important. One more tippet the room information sheet/booklet still has DM/euros so updated 2001 the last time ;-) I would even say the public transportation stuff has new numbers / new lines so not really up to date. Nobody needs that stuff but if you have it in the room an update every 5 years would add value..... This is not the expected service level for a 4star hotel, global brand and expected treatment to a platinum member … September 15, 2015
