I am currently mobilized soldier. I had bought my wife and friend tickets to the Taylor Swift concert and 2 night in Atlanta. Just as an opportunity to get out of the house and away from the kids since she had been basically a single parent for the past 8 months. I called 2 days ahead of time to arrange for wine and chocolate to be put in the room. After a 30 min process we figured out a way to do it. I received and email telling me to complete wh form and email it back. I did. The next day called to confirm everything thing was good. No one in the hotel had any idea what I was talking about. After 20-30 mins they tell me that even if they got the form it can not be accepted by email, i have to fax it. So I faxed it. The day of her arrival I again call to confirm. Once again no one knows what I’m talking about. And they can not find my fax. At this point I have no way to resend it. I asked if they could charge my wife’s card for it once they arrived. They refused. Then when my wife does arrive and get to there room. It was dirty. So much so it was obvious they had not changed sheets from the last guest who stayed. They eventually did move my wife to a new room. But I was highly disappointed with Holiday Inn.
