For large-scale events, our Grand Ballroom's 8,000 square feet can accommodate up to 650 attendees. This large, versatile meeting space can be broken down into as many as six separate areas depending on your needs, and a variety of smaller rooms are available for staging seminars or breakout sessions. A number of foyer and lounge areas encircle the main meeting space, and area available for hosting breaks and receptions.

Alternatively, if you are planning a more intimate gathering, Trail Ridge (1,560 square feet) and Lake Estes (770 square feet) are located separate from the Grand Ballroom area, and are ideal for groups ranging from 18 to 170.
