I have stayed here several times prior to travelling abroad and have always had excellent service.
The staff are very efficient, friendly and willing to assist in any way they can.
They have accepted deliveries for me prior to my arrival and I was informed of this at check in and asked if I required any assistance with the delivery.
I have heard people complain about having to pay parking charges for 15 minutes parking while checking in, in the hotel's rather small car park but charges are clearly displayed for everyone to see. Personally, I always get dropped off at the hotel. My friends park their car then spent time in the hotel to dine. Whenever I have approached reception for change to pay for the car parking, they have always lifted the barrier at the exit to the car park without any charges being made. I suspect the people who have complained have not mentioned they only parked to check in and we're moving their car to a external parking facility
The location of this hotel is a one minute walk to the terminal building. This is the closest hotel to the airport terminal but despite it's close proximity to the airport, I have never had any disturbance from aircraft noise at any point.
Personally, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff are the hotel's biggest asset and I have always had first class customer service from them all!

Friendly welcome from reception staff on arrival. Unfortunately, the same friendly attitude was lacking in an older member of the reception staff who was rude and abrupt in front of me and to another customer when I was trying to make a reservation for my next stay at this hotel. I wouldn't have got the room required if it had been down to this person. Would recommend customer service training for this member of staff and will avoid her on future stays.
Room comfortable and clean. Restaurant menu is needing a revamp as it hasn't changed in what seems a long time. Lacking in allergen information for customers with food allergies. Took ages for waitress to go back and forth to kitchen to ask the chef what was in the food for my son resulting in one menu choice for him. If a list of the allergens in the menu was provided for customers, this would save a lot of time and make the customer aware of what is and is not safe for them to eat rather than them having to list their allergies to the staff who then go and see what you can eat. Reception and porter staff very helpful on check-out.
