The most famous house in Moda is certainly the one that Baris Manco, worldwide known Turkish rock singer, used to live before passing away in 1999. The house was turned into a museum by his wife to cherish his memory.

Hasanpasa Gazhanesi, one of the important examples of the Ottoman industrial heritage, was opened in 1891 to meet the gas needs of the Anatolian Side. In 1993, when natural gas started to be used in Istanbul, it ceased production and was left idle. The historical buildings, which have been restored in accordance with their originality, were opened as a museum on Friday, July 9, 2021.
