Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel I was pleasantly surprised. The staff at this hotel were some of the best trained I have found. There was a problem with the business center. The hotel clerk promptly resolved it and went out of the way to do so. The restaurant staff remember me after the first day and had drinks waiting for me. I like the breakfast buffet because they offer a little more variety over the course of a week's stay. I would have preferred that the hotel shuttle meet me at the airport. I told them when I would be there. I had to call them and it took about 30 mins for them to get there. Nice job by all at this property. February 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel is nice, but service this visit was not the best. Experienced several issues with the bar/restaurant service. However, after bringing it to the attention of the Food and Beverage Manager, he immediately took care of the situation. He provided excellent customer services skills. His skills should be shared with the General Manager (TA) of this property. My experience with room reservations and the General Manager has been anything but good. February 10, 2015
