Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Estancia Excelente 20/Enero/2015 Recomiendo ampliamente a éste hotel, desde que llegué ya tenían mi reservación preparada, me reconocieron como miembro GOLD, el personal muy amable, excelente servicio y sinceramente, es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado, me hacen sentir seguro, cómodo, como si estuviera en mi casa. Sus habitaciones están por encima del estándar de otros hoteles. Por eso lo recomiendo ampliamente! Muchas gracias por todo! January 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Complaint My company sent a guarantee letter for stay of 3 months. Each month I would come out of the hotel for a weekend. After two months at Front desk tell me They need another guarantee letter because every time I leave the hotel the card expires. This told me to announce the third month of stay. They demanded me another type of guarantee, being that I had already been a whole month without warranty letter according to hotel policy. I had to leave the hotel having no other warranty and They not be able to wait until the next business day to generate the warranty card. I leave the room. Request a copy of bouchere of all charges made and no way to have them. regards December 30, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NIGHTMARE IN REYNOSA HOLIDAY INN A HOTEL WITHOUT A MANAGER THAT "CARES". I encountered a serious problem and the manager is a prima-dona...will not take responsibility and speak to the client! I stayed at this hotel because I had a early flight to Mexico City and was told the hotel had a shuttle, to get me to the airport. This is the ONLY reason why I chose to stay here. Upon checkin..I verified this with the clerk. Later I was told the shuttle driver does not start until 7:30 am, (2 hrs after my flight)...they refused to get me transportation, and that "UNTOUCHABLE" MANAGER...would not address the problem. Also I requested a wake up, which was not done, and when I arrived at checkout, the clerk was sleeping, (I have photos of her with her hair all messed up)...A complete NIGHTMARE AT HOLIDAY INN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
