Not bad the facility needs carpet, drapes, and bedding update. Bathtub stained could be better. Overall comfortable and convenient. Staff was pleasant.

Our room was great. Only thing I recall is the heat in our room was set to something like 75, while my daughter’s room was set at 50-55. It was a cold day, so somewhere in the middle would have worked better.

For the price, I expected more. The facility was a bit run down and small improvements would have made a big difference in appearance. Pool was good. Breakfast was good. Room and facilities were clean. Bed was comfortable. I would stay again, but only because the choices in the area are lacking which is most likely why they charge more.
Concierge was not good. She did inform us she was quitting.

My kids love this location. Our experience on halloween wasn't great,based upon the front desk. It's not necessary to say her name because she told us she was quitting.the rest of the staff was excellent.

Beds were comfortable, loved the shampoo and conditioner in shower, internet good,plenty of towels even though I bring my own cause I’m a big person and need bigger towel.
Breakfast bar needs bacon!

Overall nice and clean. Price was a little high. Breakfast bar needed bacon! Sausage served was terrible. Lots of choices for breakfast. Quiet.
