Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service When I arrived in the room I found that the TV only worked on one chanel. A call to the front desk and the desk clerk was up in minutes to attempt to fix the problem. After a few min she was not able to fix the problem she promptly went downstairs and return in and very short time with keys to another room. Quick,prompt and caring service was above and beond! THEY TAKE SUCH PRIDE IN THERE MOTEL THAT IT IS HARD TO WRITE ANYTHING WRONG ABOUT THEM. IF A PROBLEM OCCURS THEY ARE RIGHT THERE TO SOLVE IT. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. JUST LIKE BEING AT HOME. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent All the way Around Everything could not have been any better than it was overall. It was 'excellent' to say the least. Especially the night staff who went out of her way to heat up our donuts on the microwave at 11 o'clock at night for us and let us hang out in the dining room to chat a while. It was very nice of her, and I hope it does not get her in trouble. In fact...I'd give her a 'raise'.... January 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall An Amazing Experience From the time we arrived we were welcomed by the staff at the front desk with a warm smile and we were told they were glad we were staying there with them at the Holiday Inn Express ALICE, TX. Until we left, we were invited back to stay with them. The staff at the dining room during breakfast was also very nice. She told us to let her know if she could do anything for us. January 8, 2016
