From the moment i arrived at the Holiday Inn Express Baltimore West- Catonsville, MD. I was amazed at the unique decor and greeted warmly. The hotel is modern and has very nice amenities. The staff has been very courteous, professional and helpful. I have spent 5 consecutive weeks there and am going back July 27 again. We are treated like family. Staying here certainly helps my being away from home. I recommend this hotel with the confidence that all guest will be treated well and enjoy their stay there.

Staff was not responsive, even hostile, to requests. Room was not cleaned and breakfasts were not well stocked.

Nice hotel in great location for a little bit of a drive you can avoid the high cost of DC and Baltimore hotels. Fairly close to the airport and plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Staff was gracious and attentive during check in although still no one knows what the Spire level is. Not a big deal but should be noted. Overall great place to stay.

The hotel was convenient, close to where I was working. The room was very clean and presentable, as always. I relaxed for the evening. Breakfast was horrible, the food was mostly cold and the timing was way off. Overall, I rested well.

I always stay at this hotel when visiting the area. The rooms are updated and comfortable. The staff is courteous and attentive. It is the best value by far.

As with all HIE, everything looked clen and well managed. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room looked good but smelled off. Room acoustics were bad; excess noise until 1:00 AM. Shower handle hard to turn. Breakfast limited, with what looked lke fake eggs.
