Laundry facilities, location close to the metro line 7, comfortable sleep, good price. These are the good things about this hotel. They also give you lots of free bottled water during your stay. Breakfast would be great if you like Chinese breakfast, but only a few western options - still good....not great. Carpet in the room needs cleaning and none of the guests are wearing masks - that was shocking to us, since we live in Shenzhen where everyone wears masks. No charging ports in the room, no gym, no pool. The staff is friendly, the entire thing was good...not great. I would recommend the place if this location works for you since the price is quite reasonable. The location was perfect for us.
International standard, good value and services

The primary reason for my wife and I to choose international chain hotels is that they usually impose non-smoking rule in non-smoking rooms. We were glad that we did get a true non-smoking rooms instead of a spray-treated room you may get from local hotels. Our room and bathroom are spacious and clean. I found the bathroom design very interesting: the bathroom door is also used as a shower door to give you more space to move around. This hotel is close to subway line 7. We took subways everyday to tourist attractions, which is convenient and efficient when travelling in a big city with population of 20-million. Breakfast is wonderful -- good blend of local Chinese food and traditional continental breakfast. Staff are very polite and professional. Since I spoke to them in Chinese, I do not know their English proficiency. Overall we greatly enjoyed our seven-day stay there. We will definitely stay in this hotel when we visit Chengdu next time.

Overall pleasant stay. Probably the cleanest hotel in that part of the city. Staff were very friendly, helpfull and tentative. We had requested no smoking room on no smoking floor. But the room still had smoking odor. When we told staff they immediately took care of it by installing an air purifier. However we would like to see more reinforcement on no smoking rules throughout the hotel.

本人不吸煙，特選的無煙房間，但是每天晚上出行回到房間總是能聞到煙味，前台工作人員解釋道是因為可能相鄰客房的房客未遵循非吸煙房間規定而吸煙導致煙味飄散到我的房間，並未有進一步的解決方案，煙味一直在持續離店當日；

早餐很丰富啊，还有华夫饼。
会员识别也挺好的。
主要是酒店在单独的一栋楼，也就是说没有其他酒店共用，这点非常好。
离地铁也很近。

床铺还是很舒适的，虽然有点软，但睡完一点不腰疼。早餐很丰富，交通很便捷，离地铁口3-5分钟步行路程，对于这个价位的酒店来说，性价比很高。

此次入住是积分换了两间房，由于飞机晚点，其他三位都早于我到达酒店，虽然他们都不是会员，酒店还给了和我同样的礼遇，而且全部升房且含早。这与我在其他很多比这家还高级的IHG酒店遇到的认钱不认人的感受完全不同。从入住到退房，我和通行的其他人感受到的是很亲切真诚的问候，向接待我们的前台人员致敬。多说一句的是，其实客人想感受到的并不是你们皮笑肉不笑的流程化的接待，而是浣花溪这样真诚的微笑。所以此次评价的十分是他们应该得到的，而不是其他酒店求来的。

适合商务出行，位置方便，住在靠小区那面，很安静舒适。前台入住时让加入了会员，建议用电子会员卡，现在很少人喜欢实体的卡片。
