Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by My stay The appearance of the hotel is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Unfortunately, the the majority of the Expresses I've stayed in need renovations. The exterior and commons areas are dated. The bathroom was not as clean as I would prefer. The staff here, as with most Expresses are friendly, courteous and helpful. May 26, 2015

The thermostat is on the wall, threw me off at first :), but much more preferable. Easier to manage temperature in the room. I'd stay here again. May 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice, clean holiday inn express This is right off of interstate 40, which is good for convenience, but potentially bad for noise. We stayed in a room that was as far away as possible from the interstate and at the back of the hotel (away from the road). We had no noise problems at night, until the morning garbage trucks. There is not courtesy van, a negative when do not have a car. There is a restaurant and some fast food places within walking distance. The included breakfast was average and typical. I think that all the hotel chains get their "eggs" from the same supplier. Sam's club is nearby. The one thing I have noticed in TN is that the people are genuinely friendly, helpful, customer oriented and polite. Very refreshing. May 13, 2015
