Overpriced due to a local event. But otherwise, a nice overnight stay.

Barely civil is how I would describe the staff at this location. Not greeted as a Rewards Member, not offered points or snacks, not thank yous. Also, breakfast hostess was also not friendly.

This hotel was clean, well kept, and up to date. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had lots of pressure and the towels were soft. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if in the area.

The Young Man with a Baseball Cap who was doing maintenance around the Hotel was SO NICE. He was totally customer oriented and was an excellent example of a great employee by stopping what he was doing and returning a luggage cart as well as personally taking us up to show us where the Ice Machine was. He was great!!

I have stayed here for travel and for staycations. Super clean hotel. We didn't use our points in time, but she gave me the discount anyway and we got upgraded to a king size suite for the night.
Best location to the Mesa Mall for all shopping and entertainment.
Only place I will stay in Junction!

The staff was friendly and my bed was comfy. Every time I stay at a Holiday Inn Express everything is always nice and I feel at home.
