Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Fight in the lobby After being a loyal (other chain) customer for many years, I was on a business trip and booked this hotel to be closer to my business meetings. During the initial check in process there was an assault between two employees in the lobby (Verbal and Physical). Not only did my business associates and I have to call the cops we were forced to witness this atrocity in the hotel lobby. I was extremely disappointed in the Management as there was no attempts to rectify the situation or make the guests feel more comfortable after witnessing this. I will NEVER stay at this property again and I would think twice about ever staying at another IHG facility. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable, but I was not happy with the staff or management after that issue. April 23, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by vacation travel The overall hotel is good. Friendly staff. But the tv didn't work and the shower head sprayed all over getting the entire bathroom wet. When I called the front desk I was told that this sometimes happens and all the maintenance people had gone home so nothing could be done. So a boring evening it was. April 8, 2015
