Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good Customer Service A trip to the Hill Country is always pleasant. A trip to the Hill Country with good Customer Service at the hotel is great. The front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant during the reservation process. Upon arrival, they had our paperwork ready and had our keys available within two minutes. The staff also provided information on attractions to see in the city (e.g. James Avery's new facility, Museum of Western Art). Being in Marketing, Customer Services is a requirement.
