Well maintained ... clean and up to date ... room was in great condition with plenty of hot water in shower and plenty of towels ... only found 1 area needing attention - ceiling in shower was missing a small tile area, barely noticeable ... overall a great stay and convenient location

For the money, this hotel was awesome! Adisa at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Beds were comfortable, pillows were comfortable, and all of the staff members were friendly and accommodating. I was traveling with a large group for a softball tournament and although check in was a little difficult, all staff members were great! Very friendly and nice. They even opened the breakfast early for our girls who had early morning games.

This hotel was good value, and the staff was pleasant. The room was comfortable but a little tired, although nothing that would make us complain to the staff. My suggestion would be that the cleaning staff keep a list of small items that need repair and correct the deficiencies. e.g. the closet door was off the track and didn't open properly. A seam in the bedspread had come open approx. 8" and should be repaired.

The staff at the reception is good at handling customers. However the manager Jim is not good at handling customers and does not behave professionally. It created a disgusting situation to me when speaking with him. I have been staying with Holiday Inn for more than 50 days and paying more than 5000 USD. As I had some problem with my credit card, I have asked Jim whether I can pay the rest of my payment i.e. around 2000 USD by cash and he is very arrogant in responding to such request and threatened to call the police. This kind of un professional behavior has to be addressed immediately. I felt embarrassed with such person and would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends

The breakfast variety was the best I have ever encountered in all of my travels. The comfort of bedding was just outstanding.
Might address possibility of upgrading easy chairs in rooms
