A quality hotel with very helpful staff, excellent service very clean rooms. If you are going out of town from Raleigh Durham Airport I would recommend this hotel as the place to overnight for an early morning flight. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet, and the shuttle service to the airport is very reliable.

Had an early morning flight from RDU and stayed the night at the Holiday Inn Express. Very convenient location and loved the shuttle service to the airport. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I was on a flight coming into RDU at 1130p and had a very early morning meetings the next morning. I expected to be in bed by 12a and to be able to sleep 6 hours. When exited the airport at 1135p, I immediately called the hotel to have the shuttle pick me up. The reception desk said within 10 minutes. At 1155 I called again and he said the shuttle had come but didn't see me. I was standing there the entire time and can't imagine how that would have been possible. The shuttle finally came to pick me up around 1215a. When I got to the hotel, I was checked into a handicapped room on the first floor, right by the door where people go out to smoke and access the parking lot. No other rooms were available because "I arrived so late." I could not sleep a wink all night. In the morning, I went to shower in the handicapped stall and the entire bathroom flooded! I was in such a rush that I didn't even bother to complain to the manager. I just told the person at the reception desk (who had checked me in the night before) that I will never stay in that hotel again. I would triple make sure that if you want a good night's sleep, you don't get stuck in that handicapped room because through no fault of yours the hotel was overbooked and the shuttle didn't come to pick you up until 45 minutes after you had asked for it.

The staff was excellent and very helpful when it was late at night that I arrived at the hotel and I still needed to pick up my husband at the airport. They heard me talking to my husband on the phone about picking him up and they said they would send a shuttle even though he wasn't getting in until after midnight. They gave me help with the directions where he was to meet the shuttle after he landed and very patient with explaining some things over again due to not being able to understand his location and the shuttle's location over the phone. The room was quite comfortable and clean. Staying there again....

Pleased with hotel facility. Just stayed one night. Did not sleep well however, this was due to aches and pains I was having at the time.

Great stay except when we went to check in around 6pm there was no one at the desk. There was a sign that they were out helping a guest. Waited about 10 minutes till they returned. Seemed odd that at this time of evening there was no one else to cover the front desk.
