There were a number of families staying at the hotel with small children so it was a bit noisy and the breakfast room was very crowded. My room was clean, the internet connection was fast and convenient. The location is close to restaurants and shopping as well as major highways. June 30, 2014

Can't speak enough about how important it is for a hotel to have a very professional and courteous management. The service by everyone was great - very friendly employees. Clean rooms and the pool was great for my small kids. Definitely recommend. June 22, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by accused of smoking, never smoke and allergic to it Smoking fee presented on the bill is no way to conduct desirable service without notifying the guest of the charge first. Here is the rest of the story. . . Bill was slipped under hotel door and when my husband was preparing a business expense report he noticed a $150 smoking fee for the second day of our stay. He called the hotel, spoke with Courtney, told her that there was a smoking charge. She said she had a photo of butts in a cup from our room. Even after telling her that his wife is allergic to smoke and neither of us have ever been smokers, she insisted the bill was correct, but would remove the charges since my husband was a Priority Club member. He told her that should not be the reason. The reason is we did not smoke. I called later, spoke with Troy, to ask him if he remembers smoke smell in the evening on the third floor during last week. I told him I saw and spoke with a hotel employee who had sprayed the hall with air freshener. Troy said he remembers a complaint to take care of the smoke smell. Not once did we complain about the smoke smell and was never around during the day to know if anyone smoked. Better to ask or show the guest the photos about the smoking before charging them. In our case, we did not smoke, nor have a cup with butts in our room, and if there was one, was there someone entering our room while we were away from it? June 17, 2014
