Good stay but based on staying at about 8 other holiday inns in the same two weeks....it is a little over priced. No competition in the area i guess.

This hotel was the highest priced hotel on our vacation. They would not honor AARP at 1st and finally gave us a $5.00 and pennies as a discount. The property is an average Holiday Inn Express. The Cost was between $20.00 and $30.00 more than other comparable hotels in places like Tucson, Laughlin, Flagstaff, Tucumcari, and Roswell. Beware late night travelers.

We make a yearly stop in Perry on our way to see family up north and we always stay at this hotel as it is a good halfway point. For a town that is small this is the best quality place to stay in. This was our third stay here while passing through and has always been great. As long as the hot tub and pool are functional, first time were disappointed that they were closed for repairs. Breakfast is above average for a "free" breakfast. At least they offer some meat(sausage or bacon) unlike most other hotels. Price is starting to inch up from our first trip and it is definitely higher priced then the other hotels in Perry but worth it, just not anymore higher then what it currently is. Keep up the good work and look forward to being back.

We stopped in to get out of the ice storm that hit OK as we were driving from Topeka to Dallas. The room was ok, but it had a funky smell like that of raw sewage that had been cleaned up.
I would recommend this hotel so long as the smell is taken care of.

Great Hotel and services. Only gave one 4 star because they wouldn't tell me if my friend had checked in. Great accommations, staff, breakfast, parking, ect. For sure will stay again if I have the opportunity.
