The rooms are quiet and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay in the area for business for a short or long period. February 12, 2016

My only complaint is that they got rid of the hot tub! there were some issues with my room this last time, but they immediately offered to give me a new room. I was being lazy and didn't want to move my stuff, so they went ahead and fixed it right away. February 10, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by quiet, clean, excellant breakfast The only problem that arose, was my husband arrived before I did and they would not credit my points to my account and he had to change the room into his name. Then when I arrived, I had to change it back to my name to receive my points. Otherwise the stay was excellent. I would like more light in the bathrooms, but this would apply to most hotels. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best HI Express breakfast! The young man in charge of the breakfast at this hotel is amazing. I've never seen a breakfast server with such a friendly can-do will-do attitude! Not only is he polite, but he keeps the area fully stocked at all times along with keeping it spotless. I fully expect that he will eventually move on to a fine dining establishment as he certainly has shown the aptitude and willingness to excel at his current position. Best HI Express breakfast experience ever!! Additionally, the entire staff at this hotel is to be complimented on their sincere friendliness and customer service. Even though I only stayed for four nights, they made me feel like family. I will stay here again on future trips to the area. January 22, 2016
