Friendly Staff and great breakfast variety

The staff was extremely friendly. We liked the bedding and although everything was clean and knowing we're in Florida in July, the bathroom had very tiny tiny bugs on the floor. The breakfast offered a large variety of food. Only wish that the eggs would be actual eggs instead of powered eggs for a healthier option.

I have a son in school in Tampa and have stayed at several of the main chain hotels in the area, and this one is the best for location and value. I won't keep shopping around! From now on, I will book this hotel. It is super clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast has a great variety, and the staff were all helpful and happy to answer questions. I didn't use the pool, but the pool area is lovely, too.

Great service, the room and decor was absolutely beautiful.
Wasn't expecting to have a room close to the pool area, experience noise from the area. Overall, I had a great experience. Will recommend and stay at another Holiday Inn Express.

Hotel was clean.. room was spacious...pool was amazing..breakfast was good and always hot...staff went above and beyond to make sure accommodations were perfect.. So close to USF campus where we had to go

We are locals in Tampa. We needed to stay as our home was having some work done on it. We needed to check in way before 3pm. 6:30am to be exact on the morning of 6/22/17.
Front manager, Liz, was very polite and accommodated our early check-in. Checking in and out was very simple. I appreciated that very much.
Very friendly staff. Everyone acknowledge us and were willing to help.

Good place to stay outside the city. Stay at IHG hotels for work mostly. Very accommodating.

Only thing that I find disappointing is the elevator use. Only one elevator and it is shared with the Housekeep staff. This really slows down the use and increases the wait time, particularly in the mornings.
Really great beds, most comfortable. Front desk is always very friendly and always have a smile for you.
