Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Softball Parents who travel a LOT The overall experience was one that stands out, we've been in hotels literally every weekend for the last 3 months traveling around chasing our collegiate softball player, and the staff was even better than the hotel. Facility is really nice/new and to be fair, the only thing they could improve would be their work out facility. We will be back there in 2 years and I'll probably look for fitness center in the area. BUT beyond that, stay was very enjoyable, food was good and great nights sleep! May 4, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by pleasent expereience We would be arriving late to the hotel. I contacted the hotel to let them know it would be after midnight before we would arrive. The staff assured me that was perfectly fine and to be safe. When we arrived. The staff was able to get us in our room in a very timely matter. There was security staff in the parking lot to make sure we were able to get our things out in the hotel safely. The next morning our plans changed once again. In a hurry to make our meeting we left a few items. By the time we realize we were already heading home. I contacted the hotel again. They had already found the items and agreed to ship them to me. It was comforting to know that the staff was looking out for us before and after we arrived at the hotel. The were helpful, understanding and polite. The hotel was clean and well keep. May 3, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Service is friendly--now how about some environmental friendliness? We liked almost everything about this hotel. There is, however, room for improvement with respect to environmental friendliness. A LOT of garbage is generated by the breakfast service. Also, there should be recycling containers in the rooms and in the public areas. This may be a statewide problem--but HIE could take the lead in improving matters! April 24, 2016
