I have stayed here many times while working in the Pecos area. While this location may not be as up to date and nice as other HIE's that I've stayed in, it is acceptable. I would love to see it updated, and hallways recarpeted. The staff for, the most part are very helpful, and that means a lot to me. Anyway, I recommend this location.

We appreciate the comfortable and clean rooms, the comfortable bedding. The continental breakfasts are fine, but I would like to see moreTURKEY sausages vs the pork.

This Hotel can immediately get a super rating if the manager and front staff performed there duties to improve customer experience. Breakfast Staff and Room Staff is Excellent and Very professional , detail oriented.

Always a good stay in the Pecos area, great staff and clean common areas. They put water and snacks out for us and have cookies in the evening/afternoon (if you get there in time!!)
Always recommend the HIE for anyone staying in the Pecos area.

Would consider this as my only place to stay in the future if the price wasn't so high. i will be staying at your hotels in other places that are not so steep, i think this area is high due to the oil business.

I have stayed at this hotel at least once a month for the last 3 years and since my first visit I have not seen any effort to improve their service. First thing, I'm sure 100% of their guests work in the oilfield, meaning at least half of the guests are DAY SLEEPERS and rooms get cleaned up only in the morning; so, guests have to clean their rooms, guests have to take out the trash, etc.
Also, laundry room is locked at nights, you have to go somewhere else to do your laundry.
Since day sleepers wake up late, we have to check out late. My complain is that we can't get a zero balance receipt needed to report expenses to our companies; they say they will email it next morning and then you have to call them back several times the next couple of days because they never do it.
