Front desk, reservations, housekeeping, breakfast, shuttle service and drivers were all excellent.
We accidently left a pair of jeans behind and contacted the front desk. They were in lost and found and they gave us instructions on return and three days later they arrived at our house. Awesome service by all parties involved and greatly appreciated.

Breakfast staff prepared more sausage right at the end of breakfast time for us and when it was ready she brought it to our table.

I have stayed here several times before. All good experiences. But really appreciate the room upgrade by desk staff! Perhaps because I used reward points?
But the experience was so refreshing! Thank you

We arrived for a late check-in. Upon entering the room, I noticed dirty towels from the previous guest in the bathroom. There was also hair all over the shower including the walls and drain. After pulling down the covers on one of the beds, there were crumbs and hair in the bed. This room had not been cleaned before our arrival. After notifying the front desk, I was told that my room would be moved and that I would receive a discounted rate for the second night, as well as additional rewards points added to my account. Hotel room number 2 was also dirty. We found beads on the floor, dead spiders, and spider webs throughout the room. The shower water never got hot. When I complained to the front desk, I was told that sometimes that happens when the hotel is at capacity. Mind you, I showered at 5:30 am on a Sunday. I highly doubt that there was an influx of guests showering that early. After my stay, my account shows no additional rewards points that I was promised and no discount on the room.
Staff was excellent. Rooms kept up everyday. Very clean hotel.

Staff was excellent. Rooms kept up everyday. Had an issue with an air conditioner and they were right on it. Everyday I walked in I was greated. They were always right on top of everything. The two ladies working the breakfast were amazing, especially on the weekend when they had a full house of kids that were competting in a karate tournament.

I took an extra day after our annual company conference, to see some of the local sights on my bucket list. I used my IHG Rewards Club Points. The electronic room keys worked well. My room was 62 degrees F upon arrival, so I had to turn-up the thermostat, where the HVAC ran continuously to maintain 70 degrees F. There was not much hot water for the shower, and it took about 2-3 minutes took get warm water. Also, the bathtub drained very slowly, so it needs to be cleaned out. WiFi signal made a good connection and I was able to accomplish my work. The lamp outlet had been found pulled out of the lamp base, which was held only by the wiring. The hotel staff took note of these problems.

Absolutely loved our stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were nice and clean, and the location was perfect- very near the airport, which the hotel provided a shuttle service to us when we arrived.

The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. She was originally Cambodia but spoke English very well. Actually better than some Americans. More hotels should have someone like her working there.

Staff stated early check in was available via phone. Upon arrival, manager noted there were no rooms available. I understand mistakes happen however no points or apologies were given.

Very nice simple hotel we were here for a karate tournament and experienced so much kindness from front desk staff and shuttle drivers who made stay off site such a wonderful experience

The location is excellent. Hotel is clean & well maintained, breakfast is great & the staffs are friendly.
