The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location near the subway. The bar and restaurant were nice and the food was good. The music in the restaurant was too loud.

Perfect, basic accommodations, in a great location. Easy access to subway, clean comfortable room. Some of the furniture was starting to show its age, but otherwise right on. Some of the rooms have patios, great place to take morning coffee. Neighborhood is under a great deal of construction, location will be better when it's all done.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dr. AD Best value in Brooklyn
The desk staff here is fantastic! They're always so nice and put me in most quiet room possible. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of construction in the area, so there's only so much quiet attainable...they tried their best though. It's also in a prime location for shopping, there's a corner store 1 block down to get snacks and drinks, and there are several subway stations nearby.
A few negatives: The rooms are so small, you're pretty much shuffling around things the whole time. Also, I think the cleaning staff might need more training. My floor was really dirty. I got up one time to get some water, and before I climbed back into bed, I looked at the bottom of my feet, and they were dirty and had debris, so I wet a towel to clean my feet before I got back into the bed. Also, the duvet on the bed had crusty white stains and the coffee mug in my room not only had a film in the bottom, but it still smelled like someone else's coffee.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Texas Vacationer84 Small efficient rooms that are VERY CLEAN
This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Brooklyn or NYC. It is easy to get over to Manhattan from the hotel as a subway station is just down the block. The rooms are small but efficient and VERY CLEAN.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Koda96743 Great location, close to subways
The Pros: A very convenient hotel. Close to many subway stations, on a quiet side street, lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The front desk was very accommodating when we needed to store our luggage both before and after check in. Not sure if it was the super comfy beds or if we were just tired from walking all over NY, but we slept well all 3 nights. (even through a thunder and lightning storm!) Our double Queen room was pretty roomy and so cute. Loved the floor and shower tiles.
The cons: We arrived very early in the morning, so we had our luggage stored and went sight seeing. We returned to check in around 5pm. We had to wait a while for our room. When we finally went to the room there were big bags of dirty linen right outside our door. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned very well (hair in the shower) and the amenities were never replenished after the first day. We extended an extra day, and when we went back to the hotel around 9pm, our room had not been cleaned at all. Apparently, housekeeping was not notified that we were staying another day. We were told that housekeeping was gone for the day, but someone quickly delivered clean towels and shampoo. After a long day in the city we were looking forward to going back to the room to relax. Instead, we had to make the beds and clean the bathroom ourselves! The shower faucet was a bit tricky and it took a while for the water to get hot, but it wasn't a big deal.
The Pros far outweigh the Cons and we'd gladly stay at this property again.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by fuquay Rooms are small and parking is a hassle
I've stayed at this hotel twice. The second time the room was much smaller than the first. My wife and I barely had room to turn around. Parking is also hard to deal with in the hotel. The parking cost has gone down but the service provided isn't any better in terms of being responsive.
