Clean hotel, friendly staff, good value.

Enjoyed our stay over a busy weekend. Enjoyed the breakfast with a good variety and helpful staff. Room was clean, the pool was well maintained, and the weight/exercise room offered a variety of weights and aerobic exercises.

The location was good but stay not so much. Elevator went out of service and all guests had to use stairs. We stayed on the 4th floor so carrying luggage and an ice chest down 4 flights of stairs was not easy. Came back to our room one night and noticed after my daughter showered that not a single towel was in the room. Ice machine was broken on the 4th floor as well.

I think you need to check for bed bugs as I got bit several times during my one night stay.

I stayed at this location for 3 nights. On night one after driving all day, checking in @ 10PM and finally getting settled I was awakened @ 11PM to the sound of rain POURING into the window, you would not believe the amount of water leaking through this window. Then after having to move rooms I was horrified to discover that the room I was moved into was not clean. To make matters even worse I did not figure this out until the next morning when I went to take a shower. There were no towels, there was also a USED washcloth in the shower curtain hanging from the rod. There was black filth under the sink and rust running from the plumbing behind the sink. When the front desk person brought the towels I showed him all of this ( I have photos ) and he offered to move rooms for me. I did not have time to move rooms since I was there on business and I was already late waiting on towels. There was also no blow dryer in the room so I had to wait on that as well. He promised when I returned that a thorough cleaning would have been done. When I arrived I found that they had cleaned the room but failed to "deep clean" which by that I mean clean under the sink at the wall. I was told by the front desk agent that they were going to comp one of the 3 nights I was staying. I was find with this and honestly is what was going to keep me from putting a review online. I feel like when a property tries to make it up to you that they deserve a break. Well the final morning I was there I get out of the bath only to realize NO TOWELS. I am at this point pretty livid as I am soaking wet and don't even have the towels. I spoke to the front desk that morning and she said she would take 50 doallars off my stay. So all in all at this point I am feeling pretty "meh" about the whole experience and calling it a wash. Like I will never book here again but "shrug". Until today when I opened my bill and realized that they increased my rate every night I was there, they comped the least expensive one of course, the "$50" was broken up to actually a discount of $45 and the rest was "tax". What?! I just feel like with everything that I experienced during this stay they shouldn't have nickle and dimed me with their compensation. But it's always about their mighty dollar not the guest satisfaction. I would not stay here again. The hotel could definitely use some updates and the housekeeping was less than good.

My family of 5 and I drove in town for a graduation and in our suite we learned the tv did not work , it had a loud crackling noise , I called front desk and she said there were no more rooms available but because I was a rewards member, she would put in a note that I need to get some points added to my account. In the morning, I spoke to the lady at the front desk, who was very helpful and nice, but she let me know that because I booked the Hotels.com I would not be able to get any accommodation at all no points.. that’s very upsetting because it should not matter who I booked through. I paid $230 for one night to enjoy this location in this room and had to endure a horrible experience with no television.. that morning before we checked out, we asked the housekeeper for face towels. We had body towels, but no racks they were all out. That is very disappointing and unacceptable. I will never stay here at this hotel ever again.

Looked good and updated at 1st but as you walk through you can see some spots that got overlooked by the update. The shower had very low water pressure and the ac system took forever to get cool

Like everything, but the broken handheld shower head. It wouldn’t stay in holder and kept slipping down. I ended up taking a bath. The breakfast was good. The tables were immediately cleaned when not occupied.

Disappointed in everything but the few staff I had contact with. This hotel needs plenty of work/attention.
